If you copy text from a document or email you can bring with it the text formatting, this will make your website look a little odd as it can effect the colour/size or even the font.
To ensure you don’t carry over any text formatting you can use the ‘Paste as Text’ option within the Tools, simply select the ‘Paste as Text’ button (it resembles a clipboard with a T in the middle) and then any text you paste in will be stripped of any formatting.
